ACUPOINTS
LI 4 (He Gu):
Found in the fleshy part between the thumb and index finger. It can relieve nausea and headaches.
P6 (Nei Guan):
Located on the inner forearm, about three finger-widths above the wrist crease. This point is known for alleviating nausea and motion sickness.
CV12 (Zhong Wan)
Positioned on the midline of your abdomen, between the bottom of your breastbone and your navel. It's useful for general stomach discomfort and nausea.
ST36 (Zu San Li):
Located on the shin, about four finger-widths below the kneecap and one finger-width to the outside of the tibia. This point is helpful for various digestive issues, including nausea.
